Reports the configuration status of native Windows LAPS on the target.

Description

Reports the configuration status of the native Windows Local Administrator Password Solution (LAPS) on the target host.

In April of 2023, Microsoft released an updated version of their LAPS solution as a native component of the operating system. This version is part of Windows 10 and newer Pro, EDU and Enterprise workstations and 2019 and newer Windows Servers. The prior version had to be installed as an add-on.

The updated LAPS provides local administrator password services for Azure EntraID connected hosts as well as domain AD connected hosts.
