Description

The remote Oracle Linux 10 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the ELSA-2026-84591 advisory.

 - Generalize trusted-content-p check to all Flymake backends (CVE-2026-96442)
 - tramp: restrict user name to prevent shell injection (CVE-2026-79992)
