Synopsis

The CentOS Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The CentOS Linux 6 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the TuxCare CENTOS6:CLSA-2025:1759433716 advisory.

 - A flaw was found in the way Samba maps domain users to local users. An authenticated attacker could use this flaw to cause possible privilege escalation. (CVE-2020-25717)
