Description

The Rocky Linux 9.6 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the TuxCare ALMALINUX9.6:CLSA-2026:1789467963 advisory.

 - In libxml2 before 2.15.4, xmlDictAddQString in dict.c has an integer overflow and resultant heap-based buffer overflow. (CVE-2026-86138)
