The Rocky Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The Rocky Linux 8 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the CIQ crlsa-2021_4059 advisory.

* curl: Requirement to use TLS not properly enforced for IMAP, POP3, and FTP protocols (CVE-2021-22946)

* curl: Server responses received before STARTTLS processed after TLS handshake (CVE-2021-22947)
