Description

The CentOS Linux 8.5 host has a package installed that is affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the TuxCare CENTOS8.5:CLSA-2025:1758822697 advisory.

 - CPAN 2.28 allows Signature Verification Bypass. (CVE-2020-16156)

 - CPAN.pm before 2.35 does not verify TLS certificates when downloading distributions over HTTPS.
 (CVE-2023-31484)
