Description

The version of GitLab installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability, as follows:

- GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 10.1.0 before 19.1.8, 19.2 before 19.2.6, and 19.3 before 19.3.2 that certain conditions could have allowed an authenticated user to access sensitive credentials and tokens without transiting the expected proxy due to improper authorization checks on internal data emission endpoints. (CVE-2026-82837)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to GitLab version 19.1.8, 19.2.6, 19.3.2 or later.
