Ubiquiti UniFi OS Server is installed on the remote Linux host. UniFi OS Server is the self-hosted edition of UniFi OS. It runs the UniFi applications inside a container on a standard Linux host.Note that Nessus needs a root account, or an account in the 'uosserver' group, to report the version. Nessus reports the version as unknown for any other account.
