Synopsis
An application installed on the remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.Description
According to its self-reported version number, the version of JFrog Artifactory installed on the remote host is 7.161.x prior to 7.161.19. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities, including:- A user who can read an existing remote VCS repository can replace its configured origin or supply an absolute VCS data URL. (CVE-2026-70551)
- An authenticated user may initiate repository migration operations without required repository permissions, potentially causing information disclosure, unauthorized state changes, and service disruption. (CVE-2026-69104)
- An authorization weakness in Composer repository handling may allow an authenticated user, under specific conditions, to read package metadata from repositories they are not authorized to read. (CVE-2026-70550)
Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
Solution
Upgrade to JFrog Artifactory version 7.161.19 or later.See Also
