Synopsis

The instance of JetBrains TeamCity installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability.

Description

The version of JetBrains TeamCity installed on the remote host is prior to 2025.07. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability:

 - In JetBrains TeamCity before 2025.07 path traversal was possible via plugin unpacking on Windows (CVE-2025-54531)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to JetBrains TeamCity version 2025.07 or later.
