Synopsis

The remote EulerOS Virtualization host is missing a security update.

Description

According to the versions of the python-paramiko packages installed, the EulerOS Virtualization installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerabilities :

 In Paramiko through 4.0.0 before a448945, rsakey.py allows the SHA-1 algorithm.(CVE-2026-44405)

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the EulerOS Virtualization python-paramiko security advisory.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected python-paramiko packages.
