Synopsis

The remote Red Hat host is missing a security update for dhcpcd.

Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 10 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the RHSA-2026:54210 advisory.

The dhcpcd package provides a minimalistic network configuration daemon that supports IPv4 and IPv6 configuration including configuration discovery through NDP, DHCPv4 and DHCPv6 protocols.
