EulerOS 2.0 SP13 : libinput (EulerOS-SA-2026-3025)

Synopsis

The remote EulerOS host is missing a security update.

Description

According to the versions of the libinput packages installed, the EulerOS installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerabilities :

 In libinput before 1.30.4 and 1.31.x before 1.31.3, libinput-device-group unescaped phys output can inject udev properties leading to arbitrary root code execution(CVE-2026-50292)

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the EulerOS libinput security advisory.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected libinput packages.
