Description

The Power BI Report Server installation on the remote host is missing a security update. It is, therefore, affected by a spoofing vulnerability:

- Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') in Power BI allows an authorized attacker to perform spoofing over a network. (CVE-2026-58647)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Microsoft Power BI Report Server version 1.26.9682.1442 or later.
