Synopsis

An application installed on the remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

Description

According to its self-reported version number, the version of JFrog Artifactory installed on the remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities:

 - An authenticated privilege-escalation vulnerability in JFrog Platform may be exploited under admin-provisioned account conditions. Successful exploitation may grant temporary platform administrator access. (CVE-2026-66015)

 - Build readers can access another repository's environment properties. A caller with read access to an ordinary repository can select a readable repository parameter while retrieving environment properties for a protected build, exposing build environment secrets. (CVE-2026-66018)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to JFrog Artifactory version 7.146.34, 7.161.15, or later.
