Synopsis
The remote Amazon Linux 2 host is missing a security update.Description
The version of libnfs installed on the remote host is prior to 1.11.0-1. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ALAS2-2026-3367 advisory.libnfs through 6.0.2 before 55c18ea does not validate a string size, leading to an integer overflow during a connection to a crafted NFS server. This occurs in libnfs_zdr_string in lib/libnfs-zdr.c.
