Synopsis

Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile, formerly MobileIron Core, running on the remote host is affected by a command injection vulnerability.

Description

The version of Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile, formerly MobileIron Core, running on the remote host is prior to 12.7.0.2, 12.8.x prior to 12.8.0.3, or 12.9.x prior to 12.9.0.1. It is, therefore, affected by an OS command injection vulnerability:

 - An OS command injection vulnerability in Ivanti EPMM allows a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary commands as root. (CVE-2026-10727)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update to Ivanti Endpoint Manager Mobile version 12.7.0.2, 12.8.0.3, 12.9.0.1 or later.
