Synopsis

The remote EulerOS host is missing a security update.

Description

According to the versions of the sqlite packages installed, the EulerOS installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerabilities :

 An information disclosure issue in the zipfileInflate function in the zipfile extension in SQLite v3.51.1 and earlier allows attackers to obtain heap memory via supplying a crafted ZIP file.(CVE-2025-70873)

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the EulerOS sqlite security advisory.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected sqlite packages.
