Synopsis

The integrated development environment installed on the remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

Description

The version of JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA installed on the remote host is prior to 2026.1. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities:

 - In JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA before 2026.1 code execution was possible via template injection in the Copyright plugin (CVE-2026-49382)

 - In JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA before 2026.1 xXE in the UI Designer form parser was possible (CVE-2026-49383)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA version 2026.1 or later.
