The Unity Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The Unity Linux 20 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the UTSA-2026-021486 advisory.

BWA (aka Burrow-Wheeler Aligner) before 2019-01-23 has a stack-based buffer overflow in the bns_restore function in bntseq.c via a long sequence name in a .alt file.

Solution

Update the affected bwa package.
