Synopsis

The Unity Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The Unity Linux 20 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the UTSA-2026-017462 advisory.

 A double-free vulnerability exists in fig2dev through 3.28a is affected by: via the free_stream function in readpics.c, which could cause a denial of service (context-dependent).

Tenable has extracted the preceding description block directly from the Unity Linux security advisory.

Solution

Update the affected transfig package.
