Description

The version of IBM MQ Server running on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the 7271936 advisory.

 - IBM MQstores potentially sensitive information in log files that could be read by a local user. CWE:
 CWE-532: Insertion of Sensitive Information into Log File (CVE-2026-2607)

Solution

Upgrade to IBM MQ 9.2.0.42 LTS, 9.4.0.21 LTS, 9.4.5.1, 9.4.5.1 CD or later.
