Synopsis

The remote Red Hat CoreOS host is missing one or more security updates for OpenShift Container Platform 4.15.39.

Description

The remote Red Hat Enterprise Linux CoreOS 9 host has a package installed that is affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the RHSA-2024:10145 advisory.

- waitress: python-waitress: request processing race condition in HTTP pipelining with invalid first request (CVE-2024-49768)

- waitress: Waitress has a denial of service leading to high CPU usage/resource exhaustion (CVE-2024-49769)
