The remote Fedora host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote Fedora 44 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the FEDORA-2026-fc9d4b5520 advisory.

 Update the openssl crate to version 0.10.78 and the openssl-sys crate to version 0.9.114.
