Synopsis

The remote CBL Mariner host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of CBL-Mariner Releases installed on the remote CBL Mariner 2.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2026-35535 advisory.

 - In Sudo through 1.9.17p2 before 3e474c2, a failure of a setuid, setgid, or setgroups call, during a privilege drop before running the mailer, is not a fatal error and can lead to privilege escalation.
