Synopsis

The remote Atlassian Jira Service Management Data Center and Server (Jira Service Desk) host is missing a security update.

Description

The version of Atlassian Jira Service Management Data Center and Server (Jira Service Desk) running on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the JSDSERVER-16527 advisory.

 - This affects the package glob-parent before 5.1.2. The enclosure regex used to check for strings ending in enclosure containing path separator. (CVE-2020-28469)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Atlassian Jira Service Management Data Center and Server version 10.3.18, 11.3.0 or later.
