The remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

Description

The version of Spring AI installed on the remote host is 1.0.x prior to 1.0.4 or 1.1.x prior to 1.1.3. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities:

 - A JSONPath injection vulnerability in AbstractFilterExpressionConverter allows authenticated users to bypass metadata-based access controls through crafted filter expressions. User-controlled input is concatenated into JSONPath queries without proper escaping, enabling attackers to inject arbitrary JSONPath logic and access unauthorized documents. (CVE-2026-22729)

 - A SQL injection vulnerability in MariaDBFilterExpressionConverter allows attackers to bypass metadata-based access controls and execute arbitrary SQL commands due to missing input sanitization. (CVE-2026-22730)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Spring AI version 1.0.4 or 1.1.3 or later.
