Synopsis

A web browser installed on the remote Windows host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

Description

The version of Google Chrome installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 146.0.7680.75. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the 2026_03_stable-channel-update-for-desktop_12 advisory.

 - Inappropriate implementation in V8. (CVE-2026-3910)

 - Out of bounds write in Skia. (CVE-2026-3909)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Google Chrome version 146.0.7680.75 or later.
