Description

The version of Adobe InDesign installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 20.5.2, 21.2.0. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the APSB26-17 advisory.

- Heap-based Buffer Overflow (CWE-122) potentially leading to Arbitrary code execution (CVE-2026-21357)

- Out-of-bounds Read (CWE-125) potentially leading to Memory exposure (CVE-2026-21332)

- Heap-based Buffer Overflow (CWE-122) potentially leading to Application denial-of-service (CVE-2026-21358)

Solution

Upgrade to Adobe InDesign version 20.5.2, 21.2.0 or later.
