Synopsis

The remote Azure Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of shim-unsigned-aarch64 installed on the remote Azure Linux 3.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2019-14584 advisory.

 - Null pointer dereference in Tianocore EDK2 May allow an authenticated user to potentially enable escalation of privilege via local access. (CVE-2019-14584)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
