Synopsis

The remote Azure Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of uglify-js installed on the remote Azure Linux 3.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2022-25858 advisory.

- The package terser before 4.8.1, from 5.0.0 and before 5.14.2 are vulnerable to Regular Expression Denial of Service (ReDoS) due to insecure usage of regular expressions. (CVE-2022-25858)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
