The remote host is missing a security update.

Description

The version of Adobe Substance 3D Painter installed on the remote host is prior to 11.1.2. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the APSB26-10 advisory.
- Substance3D - Painter versions 11.0.3 and earlier are affected by an out-of-bounds write vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. Exploitation of this issue requires user interaction in that a victim must open a malicious file. (CVE-2026-21305)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Adobe Substance 3D Painter version 11.1.2 or later.
