Description

The remote MiracleLinux 3 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the AXSA:2009-36:01 advisory.

 CVE-2008-1036 International Components for Unicode (ICU) in Apple Mac OS X before 10.5.3 omits some invalid character sequences during conversion of some character encodings, which might allow remote attackers to conduct cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.

Solution

Update the affected libicu package.
