Synopsis

The remote TencentOS Server 4 host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of Tencent Linux installed on the remote TencentOS Server 4 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the TSSA-2025:0964 advisory.

 Package updates are available for TencentOS Server 4 that fix the following vulnerabilities:

 CVE-2025-66287:
 A flaw was found in WebKitGTK. Processing malicious web content can cause an unexpected process crash due to improper memory handling.

 CVE-2025-43458:
 This issue was addressed through improved state management. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.7.2 and iPadOS 18.7.2. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected process crash.

 CVE-2025-13947:
 A flaw was found in WebKitGTK. This vulnerability allows remote, user-assisted information disclosure that can reveal any file the user is permitted to read via abusing the file drag-and-drop mechanism where WebKitGTK does not verify that drag operations originate from outside the browser.

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected packages.
