Synopsis

The remote host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of JetBrains TeamCity installed on the remote host is prior to 2025.11.1. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the advisory.

 - In JetBrains TeamCity before 2025.11.0 Excessive privileges were possible due to storing GitHub personal access token instead of an installation token (CVE-2025-68267)

 - In JetBrains TeamCity before 2025.11.0 Reflected XSS was possible on storage settings page (CVE-2025-68268)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to JetBrains TeamCity version 2025.11.1 or later.
