Description

The version of Thunderbird ESR installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 17.0.5. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the mfsa2013-40 advisory.

- CERTDecodeCertPackage reads bytes outside the input buffer(CVE-2013-0791) (CVE-2013-0791)

Solution

Upgrade to Mozilla Thunderbird ESR version 17.0.5 or later.
