Synopsis

The Unity Linux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The Unity Linux 20 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the UTSA-2025-989267 advisory.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

mm, slub: fix potential memoryleak in kmem_cache_open()

In error path, the random_seq of slub cache might be leaked. Fix this by using __kmem_cache_release() to release all the relevant resources.

Solution

Update the affected kernel package.
