Synopsis

A web application is affected by an authentication bypass vulnerability.

Description

The Dell Storage Manager running on the remote host is affected by an authentication bypass vulnerability. An unauthenticated, remote attacker could exploit this, via a specially crafted message, to access protected APIs, including changing an existing application user's password.

Solution

Update to version 20.1.22 or later.
