The remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities

Description

The versions of Oracle Siebel CRM installed on the remote host are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the October 2025 CPU advisory.

 - An excessive memory use issue (CWE-770) exists in Email-MIME, before version 1.954, which can cause denial of service when parsing multipart MIME messages. The patch set (from 2020 and 2024) limits excessive depth and the total number of parts. (CVE-2024-4140)

 - In Eclipse Jetty 7.2.2 to 9.4.38, 10.0.0.alpha0 to 10.0.1, and 11.0.0.alpha0 to 11.0.1, CPU usage can reach 100% upon receiving a large invalid TLS frame. (CVE-2021-28165)

 - Apache HttpClient versions prior to version 4.5.13 and 5.0.3 can misinterpret malformed authority component in request URIs passed to the library as java.net.URI object and pick the wrong target host for request execution. (CVE-2020-13956)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Apply the appropriate patch according to the October 2025 Oracle Critical Patch Update advisory.
