Description

The version of Google Chrome installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 141.0.7390.107. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the 2025_10_stable-channel-update-for-desktop_14 advisory.

- Use after free in Safe Browsing in Google Chrome prior to 141.0.7390.107 allowed a remote attacker who had compromised the renderer process to potentially perform out of bounds memory access via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) (CVE-2025-11756)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
