Description

The Microsoft Exchange Server installed on the remote host is missing a security update. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the October, 2025 security bulletin.

- Weak authentication in Microsoft Exchange Server allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges over a network. (CVE-2025-59249)

- Incorrect implementation of authentication algorithm in Microsoft Exchange Server allows an unauthorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. (CVE-2025-53782)

- Improper input validation in Microsoft Exchange Server allows an unauthorized attacker to perform spoofing over a network. (CVE-2025-59248)
