Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM Multiple Vulnerabilities (OMSA-2025-0004)

high Nessus Plugin ID 265967

Synopsis

The remote web server is affected by an open redirect vulnerability.

Description

The version of Workspace ONE UEM console running on the remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities, as follows:

- Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM contains a Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) Vulnerability. A malicious actor with user privileges may be able to access restricted internal system information, potentially enabling enumeration of internal network resources. (CVE-2025-25229)

- Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM contains a Secondary Context Path Traversal Vulnerability. A malicious actor may be able to gain access to sensitive information by sending crafted GET requests (read-only) to restricted API endpoints. (CVE-2025-25231)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Workspace ONE UEM version 23.10.0.50, 24.2.0.30, 24.6.0.35, 24.10.0.11 or later.
