Description

The version of Microsoft Edge installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 139.0.3405.125. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the August 28, 2025 advisory.

- Use after free in ANGLE in Google Chrome prior to 139.0.7258.154 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Critical) (CVE-2025-9478)
