Description

The Linux/Unix host has one or more packages installed that are impacted by a vulnerability without a vendor supplied patch available.

- SOSreport stores the md5 hash of the GRUB bootloader password in an archive, which allows local users to obtain sensitive information by reading the archive. (CVE-2014-0246)

Note that Nessus relies on the presence of the package as reported by the vendor.
