Synopsis

An application installed on the remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

Description

The version of Golang running on the remote host is 1.23 prior to 1.23.12 or 1.24 prior to 1.24.6. It is, therefore, is affected by multiple vulnerabilities:

 - os/exec: LookPath may return unexpected paths (CVE-2025-47906)

 - database/sql: incorrect results returned from Rows.Scan (CVE-2025-47907)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Golang Go version 1.24rc2 or later.
