Synopsis

The remote CBL Mariner host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of gnutls installed on the remote CBL Mariner 2.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2025-6395 advisory.

 - A NULL pointer dereference flaw was found in the GnuTLS software in _gnutls_figure_common_ciphersuite().

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected packages.
