Synopsis
The remote CBL Mariner host is missing one or more security updates.Description
The version of python3 installed on the remote CBL Mariner 2.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2025-6069 advisory.- The html.parser.HTMLParser class had worse-case quadratic complexity when processing certain crafted malformed inputs potentially leading to amplified denial-of-service. (CVE-2025-6069)
Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
