Synopsis
The remote host has an web browser installed that is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.Description
The version of Microsoft Edge installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 138.0.3351.95. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the July 16, 2025 advisory.- Use after free in WebRTC in Google Chrome prior to 138.0.7204.157 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) (CVE-2025-7657)
- Insufficient validation of untrusted input in ANGLE and GPU in Google Chrome prior to 138.0.7204.157 allowed a remote attacker to potentially perform a sandbox escape via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) (CVE-2025-6558)
- Integer overflow in V8 in Google Chrome prior to 138.0.7204.157 allowed a remote attacker to potentially exploit heap corruption via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) (CVE-2025-7656)
