Synopsis

The remote Xen hypervisor installation is missing a security update.

Description

According to its self-reported version number, the Xen hypervisor installed on the remote host is affected by a DoS vulnerability where An unprivileged guest can cause a hypervisor crash, causing a Denial of Service (DoS) of the entire host.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution
