Synopsis

The Adobe Experience Manager instance installed on the remote host is affected by an arbitrary code execution vulnerability.

Description

The version of Adobe Experience Manager installed on the remote host is prior to 6.5.0.0.20250527.0. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the APSB25-67 advisory.

- Adobe Experience Manager (MS) versions 6.5.23.0 and earlier are affected by a Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability that could lead to arbitrary code execution by an attacker. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is unchanged. (CVE-2025-49533)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Adobe Experience Manager version 6.5.0.0.20250527.0 or later.
